Pro Tip: Get the bomb after talking to T-bone and then run it to the wall in the picture below. this will save you some time when having to deliver to Dreadbeard. Also, there is a bomb near Ermit that is worth taking over if you have to deliver to Auric or General Robot.
The clock is just south of the bomb wall that leads to Dreadbeard.
